Mountain Modern Luxury Cabin

We loved our stay at this cozy sanctuary located minutes from town. The outdoor decks overlooking the creek with rushing waters and quaking aspens was nothing short of heaven. My morning coffee in a hanging chair on the lower deck was a perfect start to the day. The inside was warm and inviting with personal touches such as a Polaroid camera and photo book for guests to share pictures of their stay. Thank you, Jamie, for a lovely stay!

The property was great! Very modern and well maintained. The amenities on the decks are great. Perfect Mountian getaway. The kitchen has everything you will ever need for cooking. Super easy/short drive to Breckenridge to ski.

We loved our time at your beautiful cabin! Everything was so thoughtfully considered and we wanted for nothing! We loved how the kitchen was so stocked and all we really needed was to get fresh meat/produce. And the added touches of s’mores supplies, popcorn, etc was so nice! We loved the comfy beds, hot tub and feeling like we were in the woods yet being close to town. Thank you so much!!❤️

The Mountain Modern Luxury Cabin is more than a cabin but a beautiful home that is situated in an amazing location just outside of Breckenridge. We loved the setting and home so much when we rented it in the summer of 2025 that we decided to rent it again in January 2026 for a ski vacation. The house is well-equipped and the decks/porches provide a great opportunity to relax and look for wildlife while enjoying the hot tub and outside heaters. Southern Pines was exactly the place we needed for a family getaway to Breckenridge! It had all the room we needed for the 6 of us and the amenities were perfect! A huge upper deck to enjoy the outdoors by the fire pit and then the lower deck with a massive hot tub and 3 awesome hanging egg chairs. It’s far enough out of town to truly feel isolated but literally minutes to town so it’s easy to run over to grab a bite to eat. Jamie is an amazing host and attended to our every need so we are already planning a return trip for the summer!
